You can find CDs and videos of recent sermons, books and study guides, music and videos of your favorite Christian artists, and much more. Stop in often to take advantage of weekly sales and discounted prices.

The Bookstore is open Sundays from 9:00-10:15 a.m. and 1:00-2:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 p.m. You can also call the church at 517-882-2335 for urgent request and special items.
PANTRY / FOOD BANK
Lansing COGIC, in conjunction with the Lansing Food Bank, provides non perishable food items to Lansing community. During these tough economic times, families in our community have had to take advantage of this program like never before. Now more than ever, the faith-based community has answered the call to help struggling families in our area. H.O.W. DOMESTIC ABUSE PROGRAM
Nearly one-third of American women (31 percent) report being physically or sexually abused by a husband or boyfriend at some point in their lives, according to a 1998 Commonwealth Fund survey. Forty percent of girls age 14 to 17 report knowing someone their age who has been hit or beaten by a boyfriend. Studies suggest that between 3.3 to 10 million children witness some form of domestic violence annually.
H.O.W. will attempt to address the needs of each member of the family. However, our main objective is to protect and ensure the safety of each family member. The safety of each family members is first and foremost. Whenever approprieate, H.O.W. will make every effort to keep the family intact. Our objective is to help families to Heal, Overcome & Win. while respecting their privacy and ensuring the safety of each family member. We'll find shelters and support for those who have been battered, as well as, find organizations that have batterer intervention programs. We encourage learning new relationship skills for keeping the family together, whenever possible.
Heal, Overcome, Win: HOW takes a holistic approach to our mission of creating whole, healthy, committed families. This program will offer support to both female and male adult victims and the children.
GUIDED LEARNING CENTER
The objective of the GLC is to provide a positive environment for adult and youth attendees to gain knowledge of and use basic computer and mathematic skills to complement their educational objective and/or improve their employable skills. Lessons include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and e-mail and internet basics. To sign up for a class, call 517-882-2335.
